SyncMail terms of use
Prepared for release review — not yet effective. These terms will receive an effective date after purchase and activation details are final.
Provider and acceptance
SyncMail is provided by C&S Ventures of Polk LLC, 106 Leslie Ave, Winter Haven, Florida 33880-1229, United States. By purchasing, installing, or using SyncMail after these terms take effect, you agree to these terms and the published privacy notice.
Your license
An authorized purchase gives you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use SyncMail on supported Windows and Android devices you own or control. Activation and restoration can require purchase verification and access to your verification email. Store rules can affect reinstalling or sharing a purchase.
SyncMail's original code, design, and branding remain the property of C&S Ventures. Outside components remain subject to their own licenses and notices. You may not sell, sublicense, bypass licensing controls, misuse the service, or use SyncMail unlawfully.
Email accounts
You must have permission to use every account you add and must protect passwords, device access, recovery material, and your verification email. SyncMail should not be the only copy of important mail or files.
Email delivery, folders, spam filtering, storage, and server availability depend partly on your provider and network. Android, device makers, battery settings, networks, and mail providers can delay background checks and notifications.
Purchases, refunds, and updates
SyncMail costs $5.99 as a one-time purchase for supported Windows and Android devices. It does not require a recurring subscription.
Prices, taxes, payment processing, refunds, and reinstall rights follow the rules of the store or seller and applicable law. A verified purchase can provide cross-platform activation only through the published SyncMail activation process. Device and recovery limits will be shown before purchase.
Updates can correct defects, maintain compatibility, or address security and legal requirements. Features can require a supported operating system, mail server, or newer app version. If future sales end, existing customer rights will be handled under applicable store rules and law.
Privacy, security, and proper use
The privacy notice explains the information handled by the app and license service. You may not use SyncMail for unauthorized access, unlawful content, malware, network abuse, or abuse of other people.
Support
Support is available through this website and support@fullscopepos.com. Never send mailbox passwords, recovery secrets, or unrelated private messages to Support. Paid-app support will respond within the time required by the applicable store.
Warranty and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, SyncMail is provided without promises beyond those stated at purchase. C&S Ventures is not responsible for outages or actions of an email provider, app store, operating system, network, or other outside service. These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Where permitted by law, C&S Ventures' total responsibility for SyncMail claims will not exceed the amount paid for SyncMail during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where law prohibits it.
Ending use and changes
You may stop using SyncMail and remove it at any time. C&S Ventures may suspend license-service access for fraud, charge reversal, unlawful use, or a material breach, subject to law and store rules. Material changes will identify their effective date.
Florida law governs these terms where permitted. Mandatory consumer protections and any jurisdiction required by law remain unaffected.
