Refresh your mailbox
Mail checks automatically while SyncMail is open. On Android, pull down on the message list when you want an immediate check.
Continue a draft
Sign into the same mailbox on both devices. Provider draft synchronization uses that account’s Drafts folder.
Protect your password
Never send a password, recovery key, private email, or attachment to Support. We can troubleshoot without them.
